One of Badenoch & Clark's key clients in the West Midlands is seeking an IT Helpdesk Team Leader to join them for an initial 1 month period. This is a new requirement within the organisation so has excellent prospects to extend on a long term basis.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

- Helpdesk / Service Desk Management experience
- Experience in day to day management of team of helpdesk analysts
- Busy technical helpdesk, taking 200+ calls per day with an expected resolution rate of 95%
- Ability to resolve escalated issues where necessary
- KPI Reporting
