To be successful within this role, you will be driven and enjoy problem-solving. Taking control of situations will be second nature to you and you will understand the need to put customers first.
As an important member of the team, you will be expected to deal with technologies such as Windows Server & Desktop OS, IP Phones, Printers, Desktop and Server Hardware. You should also carry a solid networking understanding.
As a highly motivated and conscientious individual your main areas of responsibility will include; incident management, resolving technical issues and supporting external customers.
Due to the opportunity for ongoing progression within the business, it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and are keen to develop and build a successful career.
With previous experience of at least 1 year in the IT field, you will carry a high level of technical skills and possess a fundamental understanding of networking, Microsoft products, and virtualisation.
Although there are essential formal qualifications needed for this role, relevant work related experience is also key. You will also have attained an all-round standard of education and possess knowledge of current IT technologies.~
A basic salary of up to £20k per annum is available, alongside a financial bonus that is awarded for any additional training completed. This role offers excellent financial and development opportunities.
