To be successful within this role, you will be driven and enjoy problem-solving. Taking control of situations will be second nature to you and you will understand the need to put customers first.
As an important member of the team, you will be expected to deal with technologies such as: Active Directory, Windows Server, Basic Networking & Citrix Exchange
Diagnosing and fixing IT issues will be a daily aspect of your role, as well as liaising directly with customers regarding their technical issues.
Logging work and fixes to a helpdesk system is another aspect of your role and you will work to stick service level agreements. As a highly motivated and conscientious individual, your main areas of responsibility will lie with incident management and the resolving of technical issues.

Previous experience of working with 1st Line Support, providing advice to numerous clients/technologies is essential. Experience will include; Active Directory, Windows Server, Basic Networking & Citrix Exchange.

A basic salary of up to £21k per annum is available. A financial bonus is awarded for additional training completed with additional financial and development opportunities available.
