This opportunity will be for an enthusiastic lead who will be responsible for the day to day and long term strategic delivery of incident, problem, major incident, transition and service levels. You will also be working closely with infrastructure and operations in delivering the success of configuration, release and change management processes.

As a key role within the IT organisation, the Senior Service Delivery Manager will be required to evaluate the current ITIL processes that are within the scope of the role. This is with the intention of improving the effectiveness of overall delivery as part of a Service Improvement Plan.

Essential skills & Experience
* ITIL Certified
* Service management experience
* Incident management (P1/P2)
* 3rd party supplier experience
* Service improvement
* Change management

In return a salary of up to 47k is on offer. Plus car allowance, company bonuses and excellent benefits
