Are you an experienced and dedicated IT Trainer who thrives on working with people within a large organisation? If so we would love to hear from you.|
Genesis Housing Association has a great opportunity and an excellent opening for a IT Systems Trainer to work with our IT team to offer system support to our staff and train them on new processes and software. The business is at the start of a new and exciting period of change and development and we are looking to add to our current Training team.
We are currently looking for an IT Trainer / E-Learning Developer to assist us with the move towards delivering learning through digital channels, as well as taking an active roll in the release of a number of IT related projects across the business. You will play an active part in designing and developing E-Learning content to support the use of Genesis core IT systems. The role will involve designing and producing E-Learning material using the Articulate Storyline authoring tool.
You will bring with you a passion for E-Learning content delivery and a proven background in the use of Articulate Storyline authoring software. You will be an experienced trainer, but whilst housing experience would be preferable, it is not essential.
More important to us is that you bring a real enthusiasm and expertise in E-Learning, making you effective at delivering real added value to our staff by helping them to improve processes and make their roles more straightforward through the use of IT software.
Above all, you will want to make an immediate impact and have the drive and passion to deliver the best for Genesis customers.
This role will be offered as a full time post. The total number of hours will be 35 hours per week.
We are passionate about providing exceptional services to our customers and are looking for people to join us who share that vision.
We fully endorse career development and have a great reputation for rewarding our staff. Benefits include 26 days annual leave the possibility of flexible working, significant opportunities for learning and development and the opportunity to make a difference to how Genesis evolves in the coming years.
For further information or an informal conversation regarding the role please contact Tom Bullock at Retinue Solutions.
The deadline for applying will be 26th October 2016. You can apply on the Genesis website and submit your CV and a Supporting Statement that outlines your suitability for the role. Alternatively apply directly on this job board.
Please use the attached role profile to guide your statement. We look forward to hearing from you.
