Desktop Support Engineer / 1st / 2nd Line Support - Server |
I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst with previous helpdesk experience to work for a new and upcoming marketing agency based in West London. I need someone who can provide excellent customer service and can handle themselves in a professional manner whilst logging around 35-40 tickets a day.
I am looking for someone who can provide remote and face to face support in-house for the users in the company and be able to solve any technical issues on the spot. This could be anything from setting up new user accounts to rebuilding machines.
Key Skills required for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- Windows 7/8
- Active Directory
- Ticket Logging
- Deploying & Configuring
- Printer / Telephony Support
Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to have excellent communication skills, be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
