KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
To work within Central London. To provide Voice duties across the IT Services client base.
An excellent communicator, the Engineer will report to the Area Engineering Manager, however will undertake activities allocated by the Customer.
To Conduct and respond to customer requests against a customer defined SLA
Ensuring that all incidents are cleared down in real-time and updating the customer's Incident Management System.
Maintaining a high level of service at all times with response time and escalation parameters
To Work a Shift of 8 hours between the hours of 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis.
Ability to assess, interpret and apply known skills to a range of site based problems that may arise
A good understanding of operating systems and networking
Utilisation of your knowledge and expertise in attending customer sites to provide an effective, highly professional solution to reported problems, including the proficient diagnosis and repair of equipment
Provision of technical assistance when required to other colleagues
Provision of technical vetting as and when required
Cisco CCVP accreditation
Call centre UCCX experience
ARC Switchboard experience
Ability to work in high pressure environments
Previous experience with VIP's
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Willing to go that extra mile
Previous experience of managing your own site is essential
