Position: Sales Co-ordinator/ Sales Administrator |
Rate: £12.50p/h paye or £16.10 limited
Duration: 3 months +
We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator/ Sales Administrator to join an established organisation in Hertfordshire manufacturing ground breaking innovative products. You will be responsible for the processing orders on products on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator/ Sales Administrator
Process orders received
Create and load new orders on SAP System
Chase answers for outstanding questions and respond accordingly
Create new Machine part serial numbers
Track and process orders and liaise with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Organisations, Production and Engineering.
Attend weekly production meetings
Track machine information and update reference and specification list.
Check individual machines for progress on shop floor.
Log value order.
Request drawing changes.
Communicate all information to relevant departments;
Process New system orders - checking order details for accuracy
Experience required for the Sales Co-ordinator/ Sales Administrator:
Manage existing databases (SAP and Excel skills a must have)
Ability to work under pressure in fast moving sales environment
Meticulous and organized
Strong communication skills
Dealing with both internal and external customers
