LIFT & ACCESS PRODUCTS PROJECT MANAGER. A leading Lift Organisation are currently recruiting for a Lift & Access Products Project Manager to manage the day to day Lift Installation Projects, ensuring that all Lift Installations are completed within the required budget and timescales, be involved in regular liaison with the main Contractors and Clients to ensure the customer's expectations are met plus other various duties. The role is partly office based and in the field and you will be ideally located within the London and surrounding regions. You will have previous experience working as a Lift Project Manager and will be able to demonstrate your abilities to the highest professional standard. The company in question have been established for over 25 years and are seen as one of the leading specialist within the Lift Industry in the UK. As regards your current role you will be over-achieving in every aspect of your day to day duties and looking to take the next step within your career. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lift Project manager to join a well-established market leader supplying a service to the commercial and industrial markets. This role reports directly to the regional manager and offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression for the successful engineer.

£35,000 - £40,000 PA Basic Salary OTE £50K (Dependant on skill level).
Overtime paid at time and a half and double.
20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The Ideal Candidate:
-You will have 5 or more year's total experience working in the Lift Industry.
-You will have Lift experience in your current role, or a recent position.
-You will be skilled with a wide range of Lift equipment and manufactures.
-You will have Experience working as a Lift Project Manager within the last 5 Years.
-You will have Industry relevant training listed on your CV (NVQ 3 - 4, J Modules or Equivalent).
-You will have Manufacturer Product Training Certificates listed on your CV.
-You will have Lengths of tenure in previous positions greater than 3 Years of service
-You will be Customer focussed and confident in your skills (and a confident communicator).

Essential Requirements:
-You will have relevant experience working as a Lift Project Manager such that you could hit the ground running and not require any additional training to start work.
-You will have Experience working as a Lift Project Manager within the last 3 Years.
-You will have a Valid UK Driving License.
