Our Cairns CBD based team is a friendly, energetic and collaborative group.
We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Cairns based team, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective administration support is provided to our technical and professional staff across a specialist team of approximately 40 people.
As the ideal applicant you will possess a high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills. You will be self-motivated, well organised and confident liaising with people at all levels, have the ability to work under pressure, and be able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Key tasks include:
  • Front office reception (shared roster arrangement)
  • Bid co-ordination and document production utilising company templates
  • Adhering to QA procedures & formatting guidelines
  • Providing general administrative support through a variety of activities to support small teams
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in an administration role between 2 to 5 years
  • Advanced Word with a typing speed of 60wpm
  • Intermediate level with remaining MS suite
  • Some experience in contract administration
  • Some experience in document control (desirable)
  • Adobe InDesign (desirable)
