Mechanical Project Manager - Central London|
THE CLIENT... Our client has been established for over 50 years with a turnover exceeding £30 million and has been operating mainly in the Commercial, Residential & Healthcare markets. In this time they have gained an excellent reputation covering both Design & Build and Fit Out schemes in the UK. They work with a mixture of Tier 1 Developers & Contractors. These is a medium sized Contractor that values its staff, rewards achievements and are securing some of the most interesting projects in London.
THE CANDIDATE... My client is open to candidates from both a practical or educational background. Due to the nature of the project they seek a Commercially Minded Project Manager that has experience managing projects of £4 million upwards. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of a wide range of Building Services installations, systems and techniques as well as excellent communicational skills.
