Site Manager - West London - Immediate Start - Up to £250 a day
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee the construction of a new build school in Isleworth, West London. The scheme is valued at approximately £20m & consists of a complete new build steel frame academy split over 3 seperate blocks. The project has been on site for 6 months & will complete in Summer 2017. The successful candidate will have experience of managing his own smaller projects (under £5m) or working as part of a team on larger jobs (£5m+). They will be required to take one of the blocks from completion of the frame through to fit out. It is essential that the Site Manager has experience of all aspects of the build process from externals through to finishes.
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
