Service Desk Analyst - 2 Month Contract - Competitive Pay!
My Cheltenham based client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on an initial 2 Month Contract. The role offers a ccompeitive rate of pay, realistic extention possibilities and an Opportunity to work within a Diverse and Dynamic environment for a Market Leading Organisation.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will:

* Provide 1st and 2nd Line support via Phone, Email and Face-to-Face
* Issue Procedure, Configuration and Training Documentations
* Be first point of contact for End Users so, a pleasant demeanour and excellent customer facing skills are a must.
Key Requirements:

* 3+ Years exprience working 1st/2nd line support
* 3+ Years Experience in hardware maintenance / PC Builds
* An in depth knowledge of windows 7 Configuration and Support
* Advanced Microsoft Office 2010 Support Experience
* Be a clear and Effective Communicator
* Experience with Citrix XenApp
