Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of an effective and efficient HR Operations function which delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services focusing on employee workforce support.
The incumbent will build relationships with the HR Systems team and partner with Field HR to deliver consistent and timely service.
Key Responsibilities :
-As part of the Asia/Pacific Human Resources (HR) Operations team liaison with the other HR Operational teams to manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and service – 20%
-Responsible for SEA HR Ops activities (Workforce Support) including Talent Operations activities – 40%
-Work with HR Ops Regional lead to look at improvement in HR Ops processes in SEA to ensure effective workforce administration, covering onboarding, employee lifecycle and termination administration – 15%
-Play a proactive role in effective HR management ensuring accurate employee data base with periodic analysis and reports thereof for management decision – 15%
-Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data to demonstrate metrics of success – 10%
Education & Experience :
-Strong customer commitment to friendly, accurate and timely service
-Knowledge of HR Operations activities (Workforce Support)
-Ability to work at all levels of the organization; however, primarily with employee, HR -Field Solutions team and HR Operations teams in the region
-5 years progressive HR generalist and understanding of six sigma processes
-5% Travel (Locally)
