Directly supervises Project Managers and Operations Team assigned to the Account. Ensure all installation projects within assigned region are completed on schedule and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop plans to ensure that customer satisfaction and cost goals are met in Region. Develop sub-contractor resources for the installation of Sensormatic products within assigned Accountt and market segment. Promote the sale of Installation Services to customers by working with the Retail Sales Organization to understand the customer’s needs and to satisfy them. Provide feedback to Regional Director on product installability and ways to improve efficiency. Provide direction on installation costs to direct reports so that sound business decisions are made, ensuring installations are completed at the highest quality and lowest cost. Establish and maintain contractor portfolios and other records through effective administration. Conduct staff meetings to enhance communications and to receive information regarding project status and issues. Provides overview to senior management. Conduct post project reviews and provides feedback to Team Members regarding their performance on assigned project. Perform managerial duties, that include but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, counseling, and disciplining staff members. Prepare and monitor the region’s budget. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field.
- Project Management Professional designation preferred.
7 years of installation and/or field operations experience, to include at least two years of supervisory experience.
