Job Description:

We currently have a great opportunity for an Experienced Recruitment and Retention Officer to work within our Homecare Branch in CROYDON. *Your role*You will be responsible for: · Collaborating with the Care Co-ordinator to assess the capability of the business and develop plans to meet the manpower demands of the company · Developing innovate ways to source new candidates for care work · Arranging recruitment events necessary to meet projected growth of the business· · Managing recruitment process · Planning, arranging and carrying out interviews · Ensuring all company processes are followed including production of offer letters, references and DBS checks etc. · Organising inductions including shadowing · Managing candidates’ expectations to improve retention rates · Advising candidates of the success or failure of their application · Encouraging referrals from candidates **About you* · You will have: · Excellent communication, persuasion, influencing and writing skills· · Excellent telephone communication skills· · Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office· · Familiar with using database software, ideally proficient in using “Staff Plan Software”· · Previous experience of recruitment desirable. *Qualifications*A qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential, as you will be offered the chance to undertake in company led learning and developmental programmes.
