Kaycan Ltd, the Canadian market leader in manufacturing and distributing quality aluminum, vinyl and engineered wood siding products for the construction market, has an immediate career opportunity for an Inventory analyst/administrator at its Pointe-Claire head Office. Role/Function: The inventory supervisor oversees the execution and quality of the physical inventory process of all branches, including receiving, returns and analysis in order to maintain an accurate inventory. Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and assign specific responsibilities to inventory team members Oversee, manage, and maintain Company procedures associated with Inventory Record Integrity Make sure the receiving process is applied properly Responsible for the physical inventory at all branches Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit Process returns in a timely manner Responsible for inventory analysis Support the inventory team and providing on-the-job training and/or guidance Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor (Preferred) or college degree in business At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related environment 3 to 5 years' experience working with inventory Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to travel We offer competitive salaries, excellent training programs, opportunities for advancement, a comprehensive benefits package (Health and Dental Benefits), as well as a stimulating work environment.
