POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Regional Manager. As a Regional Manager, your role is about leadership. It's how you lead and coach sales managers, drive strategic change, and achieve operational objectives. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple stores. You will also have an outstanding commitment to coaching managers and developing ongoing improvement in direct client interactions with commitment to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Implementation of additional strategies to ensure customer loyalty, and repeat business is paramount. You will bring together key functions that provide critical services infrastructure across the entire regional portfolio - You will be involved in the opening of new retail locations, sales managers development, customer impact, business strategy, strategy implementation and development. Your particular focus will be achieving strong and positive sales results and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Training, coaching, developing your sales teams and building their capability with accountability Manage sales and staff performance ensuring sales targets are achieved Delivering exceptional customer experience Develop strategies and tactics for future sales opportunities Building a strong clientele Involved in reporting, monitoring financial results against plans and budgets Deliver inspirational leadership by effectively managing team performance, setting clear objectives and providing coaching to ensure the achievement of organizational goals Demonstrate an energetic approach to sales achievement, motivate and drive to achieve targets and grow the business. Collaborate with various business departments including to ensure that the brand stays relevant Work effectively with management team including the Recruitment Director to open new retail locations The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 6 years experience of professional sales teams management in a regional management / senior management roles of multiple locations You will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue, driving sales, managing and analyzing sales strategies and metrics You are highly organized, detailed-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic You have excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills You will possess great business and people management skills Authentic leadership. A natural coach who guides, inspires and challenges your staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences You enable positive change.
