Data Entry - Must be Bilingual in French/English ON BOARD SERVICES *3 month contract assignment in Calgary, AB Canada *Pay rate: $14.72/Hour *Hours: Rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between hours of 8am to 8pm *Must clear background and drug screenings prior to hire. *Potential temp to hire for right fit! Qualifications: • High School Diploma/Equivalent Experience: • Data entry knowledge • Intermediate-Advanced computer skills Skill • Must be fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately • Strong attention to detail • Strong technical aptitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Well organized • Shift work - Rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between hours of 8am to 8pm Responsibilities: • Processing of Technician/installer requests for MASterMind data changes - updating of existing MASterMind data bases and in some cases manual creation of a MASterMind Site/Customer. This would typically be for a Dealer Installation if the MASterMind Site/System was not generated through Net Dealer. However a request for a manual build could also come from technicians/installer. • Manual generation of AS400 billing entity if a MASterMind Site/Customer is manually built - this would typically be for a Dealer installation if the Site/Customer/AS400 entity was not generated through Net Dealer • Processing of technician/installer requests for Cellular radio provisioning via Connect24/AlarmNet/APS websites depending on the installed cellular device • Processing technician/installer requests for Pulse Activation - Pulse over Cellular Activation or assisting with a Pulse over gateway installation • Processing technician/installer requests for a Site/System Resale- including the placing of the existing Site/System out of service and regeneration of the Existing system and making MASterMind updates for the new client. • Processing technician/installer request to place newly installed systems in service including the verification of all MASterMind/Connnect24/AlarmNet/Pulse Data points prior to the system going into service. • Processing of Client requests for MASterMind data updates - requests handled currently by Phone/fax/email and MASterMind Action • Processing of Client requests received via Phone/Fax/Email for the addition of Guard Services. Guard Services would be added to MASterMind and to AS400 billing according to the client request and a service job generated for a Lock Box installation if the client chose Interior/Exterior Guard service • Processing of Client requests for PIC cards received via phone/fax/email/MASterMind Action • Processing of Site/System Discontinuances based on the Daily Disco Report - placing systems out of service in MASterMind and terminating Pulse sites
