This is a work-from-home position based in the Ontario, Canada area, preferably Ottawa. .As a Customer Happiness Agent,you will be their champion deliverer of magical customer experiences. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for making and keeping customers happy, devising creative solutions to customer issues, and working with our product team to identify bugs and issues. We're looking for bright, energetic, and passionate individuals that can grow with our support team. You will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people everyday. What You will Be DoingResponding to customer inquiries on phone and email using Zendesk Customer Service PlatformCommunicating daily with car owners and renters to assist them and answer inquiriesInvestigating and resolving customer issues that require additional research and follow-upCoordinating with third party vendors and members of the San Francisco team to ensure fast and effective customer supportChampioning and upholding community standards and policies RequirementsExcellent grasp of the English language2+ years of customer support experienceWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and potentially night shiftsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAt least 5MBPS download speed and 1MBPS upload speed internet connectionA quiet space to work from, free of background noise and other distractionsYou enjoy taking initiative and making people happyYou can work well as an individual and in teamsYou're a quick and proactive learner who can perform under pressure Preferred SkillsTechnology savvy and/or tech support experiencePassion for car sharing and solving car overpopulationCustomer support experience in a startupBasic understanding of cars and common car issuesExperience using Zendesk
