We need to fill our entry-level positions in a short period of time in order to provide enough qualified managers for each campaign. Please note, this position is FULL TIME and we plan on holding interviews as soon as possible. Customer service and/or retail experience will help, but is not necessary. Job Duties:Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and NA customer accounts by recording account NA product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure NA potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer NA to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsibilities:Experience in a team related field would be an asset but not NA to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year to other branch offices for further NA communication NA personality that thrives in a high energy NA HAVE A VALID DRIVERâ€™S LICENSE AND DEPENDABLE VEHICLE-Must have excellent English communication NA be able to commute to Port Coquitlam on a daily basis.
