Job Description:

Location: Primarily Ontario but prepared to travel to other Provinces. Responsibilities The scope of the role of Project Manager encompasses overall client and Life cycle project planning and performance including the following:Commercial Management issues including insurance, procurement, sub-contract and supplier management, project cost management, project billings, cost changes and financial NA planning and implementation including scheduling, monitoring, reporting and resource NA and record keeping such as correspondence, progress reporting, cost reporting, meetings, submittals and project close out NA with respect to managing and maintaining control of assigned project deliverables and deadlinesPromoting a culture of safety..Managing relationships both internally and NA issues relating to company and regulatory health and safety programs, other company policies and requirements, insurance, contract terms, quality, environment and sustainability (people, environment and resources). RequirementsEducation:Educated to PM certification at a minimum Skills & Abilities:Client liaison and relationship building is a NA to manage and work under high levels of demand while ensuring strong relationships are maintained with internal and external NA with computerized estimating software, and MS Office SuiteTime management skillsProficient in speaking, reading and writing in English Other Requirements:Minimum 5 years in project managementKnowledge and understanding of project estimating is preferredKnowledge of Private Public Partnerships is preferredCommercial experience in working with site delivery NA to travel as necessary Additional Role Information: As an employer of choice, we treat all of our employees consistently and fairly to help you achieve personal and professional ambitions.
