Are you an experienced QS with solid civils background ? Looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress? If so, I've got the ideal role for you.
This work will vary to working with key clients that bring in repeat business, to new and exciting projects with fresh clients.

The Job-

* Arrange and lead pre-start meetings with the production team; buying department; health and safety department and engineers
* Commercial Administration of a portfolio of projects
* Arrange pre-start meeting with our clients, surveying and production team
* Support the production of commercial reports incorporating metrics
* Request final drawings and audit work received to ensure that any changes & quotes are actioned
* Liaise with Site Supervisor for the on-going works on site
* Maximise profitability
* Work to strict deadlines at end of the month to ensure that valuations are sent in a punctual manner
* Develop and maintain key relationships with our clients
* Review of drawings throughout the project
