If the answer is yes to the above questions position please get in touch as I am currently recruiting for a Manager for a specific role in West Kent on a high profile site with a leading developer of high quality projects in sought after areas.
My client currently requires a Manager with a proven background of delivering quality housing units. They require someone that has worked on a multi phased busy site and delivered there own phase of circa 20 houses. Experience of traditional build is essential but R/C and timber frame would also be useful as the site has other phases incorporating those styles.
SMSTS and CSCS are required as is drive , determination and ambition.
Salary expectations are between £52 and £60k and packages include car allowance or company car, options on pension, health care and bonuses
