Office Administrator***

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Administrator to work for a very successful and rapidly expanding construction business based in Braintree.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the highest level of all administrative duties.

As the first point of contact, it is essential that the successful applicant delivers the highest level of customer service and ensuring everyone is completely satisfied at all times.

Your daily duties will consist of answering the telephone, Raising and sending purchase orders, sorting post, booking accommodation, ordering stationery, registering invoices, data entry, ensuring the fleet vehicles are kept up to date with services and repairs, weekly reports etc...

Essential requirements:

Previous Administration experience at least 1 year

Must be highly organised, reliable, dedicated with a strong attention to detail

Must be computer literate

Have excellent communication and presentation skills

Have the ability to raise purchase orders
