Quantity Surveyor - A UK Top 5 Major Contractor - Permanent - Burgess Hill, West Sussex- up to £55k basic plus package

My client is an award winning Sussex based main contractor with projects valued between £7m-£30m


A UK top 5 major Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £250m with projects predominantly in the Sussex region. Projects consisting of Healthcare, Education and Commercial Sectors both new build and refurbishment.


* Currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) on a £27m New Build Education Project in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
* You will be a project level Surveyor reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS).
* This opportunity allows for fast track progression

Ideal candidate:

* Will have a stable career history (ideally with a main contractor)
* Will have a track record of assisting commercial/education projects in excess of £10mil for a top 20 main contractor.
* Will ideally be Degree Educated


* Basic Salary up to £55k
* £5.5k Car Allowance or choose from an extensive company car list
* Matching Pension up to 16%
* Local Projects so travelling will be to a minimum
* Great Sussex Based office
