Due to the continued success and growth they are seeking a Building Surveyor to carry out professional and project work. Some of the sectors they work within are Commercial, Historic, Retail, hotel & leisure and public sector. The role will involve the completion of surveys, Writing specifications and contract administration of a diverse property portfolio.
- Writing specifications
- Contract Administration
- You will be eager, have the right attitude, and will be looking to grow and become an important figure in the company.
- Ability to aid in obtaining new business.
- Managing trainee/assistant Surveyors
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Your experience (or equivalent demonstrable experience) will include:
