A Technical Director is sought to join this world renowned multi-disciplinary design consultancy at their offices based in Central London. The firm work on a variety of complex designs with an emphasis on high profile buildings schemes in both new build and refurbishment including:|
* University buildings
* Arts buildings
The company work on multi-storey and high rise buildings as well as niche, architecturally challenging projects with values ranging from small to up to £300m.
Applicants for this role should be keen to work on complex structural projects with demonstrable all round building structures experience working on major projects and also be commercially astute.
* Chartered (MICE or MIStructE)
* Technical excellence in regards to hands on Structural Design and a passion for your field
* Experienced with managing multi-million pound projects and major clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team leader and project manager
* Excellent Client management skills (both to maintain and develop)
Priority will be given to candidates who already have experience in a similar role within another top name London firm.
