This friendly and well established group of civil/structural consultancy seeks an enthusiastic and eager structural Revit technician who has a keen interested in BIM.|
There office is based in Guildford, Surrey and is commutable via public transport as well as having free onsite parking. They have 100 + staff throughout their several offices, the Guildford office is companies head office has a mix of both engineers and technicians.
This is a permanent position for a long term employment opportunity to join a team of technicians who have all Revit/BIM procedures in place. You should have some proven experienced working in BIM level 2 and want to continue down this path.
You should have a CV which highlights your vast drafting experience of buildings structures. The ideal candidate will have worked on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects within all sectors of building structures. The consultancy is looking for someone who obtains a high skill in the use of AutoCAD and Revit. You should hold excellent communication skills to actively communicate with design engineers to develop excellent results.
Combined with their in-depth knowledge of the market sectors in which they operate, the firm has the resources to undertake any size or scale of project, using the most advanced design techniques and the latest, most cost effective and sustainable materials technology. Projects include buildings design in the education, residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
