Job Title: Graduate Technical Administrator
Salary: 18k + Benefits
Duration: 12 months fixed Contract

With the technical advances and extra orders, they need new ideas to come into the business which will ensure growth targets are hit without compromising quality.
The position they are looking to fill is a Technical Administration Role. You will provide other general administrative assistance to the Design Office including filing, archiving, attending meetings, photocopying and scanning documents.
Other duties will include:
* Provide cover for Reception; lunchtimes, holidays and sickness when necessary.
* Answer telephone to cover reception when calls are "overflowed"
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the company.
Key competencies required:
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Basic competence in English and Maths
* Administrative experience benificial but not essential.
This role is varied role, working on multiple projects which should hold your interest on a day to day basis.
