Your new company
Your new company is a large and well established manufacturing organisation in the heart of Deeside industrial estate. They are one of the leading companies in the engineering sector and they supply to big name clients including TATA steel and British Aerospace, covering all engineering services such as machining, fabrication, installation and fitting. Due to an increasing work load they are looking to recruit more members of the team to begin employment and grow with the company.
Your new role
You will be fabricating and welding a variety of components and overseeing work of the other staff members upon completion. You will be ensuring junior staff members are completing each job to a good quality standard and ensuring timescales/deadlines are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have had previous experience as a chargehand fabricator/welder or a similar role in which proves you can effectively lead a team and ensure work is completed. You must be a time served fabricator/welder with a track record of good timing and reliability. You must have a good amount of experience and be confident leading teams and distributing work out accordingly.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive rate of pay- £13.40ph along with very good company benefits including a pension scheme, holiday allowance and sick pay. You will receive overtime rates of time and a half and double time on Sundays.
