Change Analyst/Change Manager (with CRM Programme experience) is required by our 'not for profit' client in London SE1 for a 1 year, fixed term contract, to be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, ensuring the organisation adapts to change with minimum resistance. You will take ownership or the organisational change, working with end-users and understanding issues and training needs. Working with the Programme Team, you will be responsible for creating a structured change management implementation strategy, along with change management plans/schedules, aimed at training and direction of employees. In addition to this, you will be responsible for training; creating training guides and plans.|
The post holder must have significant experience and knowledge of business change, during large CRM System implementations and a strong awareness of how this impacts on the organisation, which will then lead to identifying the most expected and potential points of resistance to change.
You will be required to work independently across various teams within the organisation, using your knowledge, skills, talent and potential to the best of your ability, focusing at all times on delivering excellent customer services, value for money, whilst adhering to all corporate standards. You will at all times, need to remain professional and considerate, enabling strong relationships to be built throughout the business.
Our client is implementing MS Dynamics 2016 and will be using ADX Studio for portal development.
