A strong grounding in business analysis and new business process implementation is required in the role of implementation analyst / implementation consultant. We are seeking 4 people to work for one of the UK's rising stars in the provision of health care / social care services our client is undergoing a major technology change programme as part of their rapid expansion.

Our client is committed to raising the bar for the provision of care services throughout the country and the change programmes underway are both challenging and exciting for new joiners to the business.

The role is typically field based (though their headquarters are in the West Midlands), and as such, we are looking to identify dynamic, self-starting professionals who can be based regionally through England. You will need experience of implementing business process change and have a natural interest in technology related systems ain order to become a 'super user'. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to optimise business process in order to consult, guide and lead stakeholders in adoption of new technology and process such as service scheduling systems and time and attendance systems within the social care / health care environment. You should also be comfortable with leading training and technology adoption into new operating process.

This is a highly visible role and is one critical to the success of a large programme of technology and business process change.

The successful candidates will work with local teams to ensure that aspects of the implementation process are followed and deadlines are met. Working as part of the project team, you will have accountability for the success of your own implementations.

Role and responsibilities:

Be the face of implementation and a key contact for the Operations Teams
Build relationships with local and national stakeholders at all levels.
Work with internal stakeholders and Head Office departments to establish their requirements.
Collate and manage relevant data required to ensure successful implementation
Become an operational super user for IT systems being implemented
Ensure that all targets and deadlines are achieved.
Be involved in training and coaching of new system users
Understand and be involved in the development and management of processes and corresponding documentation, including process maps.
Analyse and manipulate data to identify trends and to identify potential issues or risks.
Work alongside project team to assist in data and trend analysis.

Essential skills required:

Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional self-motivation, persistence and diligence while being trustworthy, intuitive, and methodical.
Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
Be able to work on your own without the need for constant supervision.

Desirable skills:

Previous healthcare or social care background is an advantage along with project implementation lifecycle process and methods (though not necessarily essential)
