Reporting to the Superintendent A&I, the Specialist Analysis and Improvement will be engaged to provide specialist advice, execute analysis, develop plan forecasts and benchmark performance. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvement initiatives that support business priorities for continuous improvement. The role will work closely with execution teams as well as provide technical support to the Production Coal Manager.
The role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has extensive experience in identifying and implementing improvement projects and to lead and influence change from within a small, dedicated team.
This role is based at Caval Ridge Mine, Central Queensland, and is on 4/4/4/2 (days) roster.
The successful candidate will have an engineering qualification and experience within the mining industry. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships in order to engage and influence will ensure your success in this role, as will your ability to work through adversity, implement creative solutions and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
