We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team! You will primarily be responsible for the Americas region, covering Dallas, Toronto and Mexico City. The role will effectively develop recruiting strategies and conduct personal interviews to recruit both new and experienced recruiters and sales people for the growing teams. This will involve a variety of approaches from qualifying referrals and driving our social media presence to running networking events and engaging local graduates.

The Job
Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain an ongoing plan for internal recruiting to meet the business strategy for growth
• Identify, interview and recommend qualified candidates for the offices across the Americas region
• Vacancy Management:
o Ensure relevant authorization is obtained for all vacancies
o Map the local talent for each office location
o Vacancy briefing with line managers to understand role profiles
o Conduct regular vacancy update meetings with Team Managers and Directors
o Ensure the level of competencies required for each role is explored within the interview through competency based questions
o Conduct required tests for final stage Interview
Key Responsibilities continued...
o Undertake pre and post interview discussions with managers
o Manage interviews between the candidates and hiring manager.
o Debrief line managers following interview to gather views and feedback both on fit and interview technique
o Manage feedback process and the new starter form if successful from line manager to HR resourcing team to Agency/ candidate, negotiating compensation, controlling the offer and start date
• Candidate Attraction:
o Create all internal vacancies on Branded Websites
o Maintain a good understanding of the local recruitment market and competitive awareness
o Proactively build talent pools for the future
o Proactively build a network of passive candidates
o Promote the Internal Recruitment brand through social media
o Provide appropriate level of support during the interview process
• Recruitment Administration:
o Complete HR forms, New Starter, Staff Movements and Leaver forms
o Maintain accurate interview records
o Coordinate with the HR administrator to ensure all offer paperwork is sent in a timely manner
o Coordinate with Learning and Development for orientation and training
o Support hiring managers promoting Best Practice throughout the recruitment process
o Liaise with UK to manage media used in attracting candidates
• Social Media Management
o Manage the Americas presence on social websites, may include Linkedln, Facebook, Twitter,
Glassdoor and other talent related media
o Identify, engage and develop relationships with local Universities & Colleges; ensure attendance at relevant events
o Develop targeted presentations and communications
• Other duties, tasks or projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Required):
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in competency based interviewing
• Experienced in the full recruitment cycle (1-2 years industry experience preferred
• Able to adapt interview style to level of role and the line managers' requirements
• Ability to liaise with a wide variety of managers from different business areas
• Ability to quickly build rapport with line managers
• Organized and efficient at maintaining records on HR systems to reflect interview feedback and status
• High attention to detail
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
