Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to support coordination of the Project, Policy and Supplier management delivery for the Facilities Management function within the UK Region.

Facilities Management experience

The Job
Key Responsibilities
- To manage key Facilities management areas for the UK region
- To coordinate and implement sufficient level of Key Performance Indicators and service levels for sites to manage the area of Facilities
- Liaise with stakeholders and communicate project plan and support on implementation
- Support data gathering with the key stakeholders within the business and recommend policy to Head of Facilities Mgt for decision making
- To manage internal and external suppliers to ensure correct focus in place for key areas of accountability
- To work with Stakeholders Teams to collate spend data
- To assist with project management on building work/renovation
- To coordinate project plan for building & maintenance activities and coordinate cleaning, catering and general facilities services requirements
- To work with and support stakeholders to ensure that facilities adhere to UK regulations and any relevant health and safety standards set by business
Required Skills:
- Experience working within a Facilities Management role
- Project Management
- Experience working closely with Stakeholders
- Experience working on Multi Site projects
