As a Senior Account Manager, you will consistently sell the brand with pride and passion resulting in preferred supplier status. You will maintain and grow relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior AccountManager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer NA role is responsible for selling and supporting the firm's complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity, the role's most important customer interactions are face-to-face NA RESPONSIBILITIES:The Account Manager will set and agree the annual sales budget with their manager and will develop Account Plans in order to realise the sales budgetYou will be responsible for existing and new business. The main focus being relationship management at key accounts while further improving our market share by growing existing partnerships and developing new NA will develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company nvestments, and establishes a clear action plan for successYou will be required to develop excellent relationships with all clients and it is important that the Account Manager is able to build up a network on all levels within the clients company in order to stay NA aspect of the role will be to proactively manage customers' satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfactionYou will be responsible for selling new or additional products or services to current buyers and you will leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others within Marlin to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by managementTo be successful, the Account Manager must visit clients and prospects frequently and therefore be open to frequent travel. The Account Manager will be able to create opportunities by translating customer needs into sale.
