Job Description:

Tour Receptionist graciously welcomes and checks-in the clients coming to a sales presentation. The Receptionist coordinates the sales line (rotor), properly assigns clients to sales agents and updates tour information. The Receptionist updates and keeps track of all tour results. The Receptionist is responsible for daily data entry of tours and updating & maintaining all tour reports in MS Excel. The Receptionist maintains and balances the good faith fund. RESPONSIBILITIES:Graciously welcome and check-in the clients coming to a sales NA necessary information from client to ensure accurate segment NA assign client to appropriate sales agent based on specific type/NA for scheduled tour arrivals through the preparation of survey sheets; assure owner information has been prepared in NA which clients provided a "good faith deposit" and process upon checking in for the NA the sales line, properly assigning clients to sales agents and update tour NA and keep track of all tour results and gifts NA NA good faith NA Client Booked vs. Showed reports for each tour wave in an accurate and timely NA tour information in Atlas specifically through check-in, agent assignment, tour credit. NA tour information in Atlas is correct through the process of running reports and NA and prepare tour information for the following four (4) days based on wave, tour type andsales agent pre-assignment. Update and distribute report twice NA superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence NA practice the Meaning of Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members NA general office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required:Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and NA in computer data NA School diploma, GED or equivalent. Preferred:Previous administrative NA experience in the hospitality or timeshare NA knowledge of hospitality or sales/marketing data systems SKILLS:Must have an outgoing NA to converse with customers by telephone and NA a genuine interest in providing customers with a memorable NA to make decisions quickly and NA to take direction from management and adjust to company's NA to work with minimal NA typing NA to communicate effectively in English (read, write and speak).Excellent customer service NA interpersonal and communication NA management; the ability to organize and manage multiple NA analysis and problem solving NA and NA oriented
