The Job Window has an exciting opening on behalf of our client, a provider of customized promotional marketing, advertising, sales and consumer brand marketing campaigns across the Richmond Hill area. They are looking for a Consumer Promotions Representative to join their consumer promotions & marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hourly paid, full time, permanent customer support and client service focused role is primarily targeted on providing face to face consulting and consumer brand / sales assistance on behalf of corporate clientele nationwide during peak consumer point of sale periods. You will support the customer satisfaction & direct marketing efforts of each campaign by creating a positive brand experience and enhancing the visibility of clients' products and brands in the community through consumer canvassing within major retail outlets and will assist with increased sales revenue on behalf of each brand by successfully analysing and matching consumers' needs / wants to featured brands and product lines available. Responsibilities of the Consumer Promotions Representative will include:Attend promotional marketing & advertising events in designated promotional areas within big-box retail partners to promote client products and NA product demonstrations to showcase key product/service features & benefits while driving key brand messages & increasing product NA relationships with consumers and create a positive brand NA consumers on client product benefits, anticipate and overcome objections, and close customers on sales of client NA reports and feedback to Consumer Sales & Promotions NA strive to improve selling skills and ensure client sales goals are NA interacting and communicating with customers in personDesire to succeed and willingness to learn from the ground upExcellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times regardless of the situationDemonstrated heightened sense of urgency in resolving customer issues in order to constantly achieve a positive communication environment with customersStrong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills to ensure that productivity and quality service levels established by the company are metSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentEmpathetic to customers and ability to identify and overcome areas of delay that could impede resolving issues within set deadlines and acceptable service guidelinesPrevious experience in a customer or client service related support/associate role is preferred
