Recruiting Specialist Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivery high quality candidates by setting recruitment strategy, managing recruitment process, conducting interviews in respect to business needs. The person will cooperatewith business representatives maintain good relationships with candidates. Responsibility Areas- Design and implements any recruitment campaign strategy, involving preparing job profiles and competencies, drafting advertisements, placing advertising, preparing materials for candidates and handling the candidate relationship throughout the process.- Liaison with external organizations handling vacancies to ensure they have all the information necessary to perform a good service.- Organize appropriate selection and recruitment procedures for candidates: conducting interviews and Assessment Centre sessions- Develop and improve recruitment tools- Work with managers to ensure they have all the necessary information for the selection and recruitment process.- Handle all the administration and welcome of the recruitment process smoothly, accurately and in a timely fashion- Promote Hewitt brand on the local job market- Participate in Induction process- Take part into internal HR projects- Answer managers/employees question regarding recruitment issues- Recognize potential risks in client acting and escalate it to HR Manager- Adapt global recruitment policy to the local market and implement recruitment strategy for requested openings- Advise on recruitment costs (agencies, job boards, job fairs etc.)- Escalate unique or unusual concerns/circumstances- Create effective processes for the accomplishment of one's own work- Advise managers on what recruitment strategy is the best for the particular recruitment needs- Recognize potential risks when working with business leaders or implement project and escalate to HR Manager- Other tasks as requested by direct superior Formal Education & Certification- University degree in one of HR field or in an affined area (i.e. sociology, psychology)- Fluency in English & FrenchKnowledge & Experience:- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, in particular building recruitment processes, screening applications, conducting interviews, as well as offer management and new hire on-boarding- Experience in conducting Assessment Centre sessions- Experience in working with 3rd parties/vendors FRENCH Spécialiste du recrutement Sommaire du poste: Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de présenter des candidats de qualité en mettant en place une stratégie de recrutement, en prenant en charge tout le processus de recrutement et en réalisant des entrevues selon les besoins de l'entreprise. The Executive Referral Program (ERP) Lead is aligned to the Segment Strategies Team and will partner with all BMO Financial Groups Lines of Business across North America, including but not limited to: Personal and Commercial, Technology and Operations, Corporate Areas, Wealth Management, Channels and Capital Markets. Incumbent will work closely and partner with internal Aon recruitment partners and BMO business partners including but not limited to: Campus Recruitment Teams (CRT), Diversity Teams, Sourcing partners, HRBP's, Talent Acquisition Partners, Strategic Recruitment Group and top executives. Engage in and support strategic partnerships with various client development programs, internships, co-ops and professional level roles.
Lead ERP program within several current and on-going project/programs across North America including but not limited to: BMO Student Internship Program (BSIP), Commercial Banking Development Program, Business Banking Development Program, Retail Banking Development Program, Wealth Management Associate Program, Product Operations, Anti-Money Laundering Program, and Enterprise Risk Management. Develop and maintain high touch relationship management with C-suite Executives providing excellent client service and white glove approach. Manage referral candidates proactively to ensure exceptional recruitment experience including expectation setting, prescreening, evaluating talent and making recommendations for placement in key roles to CRT team, Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Manage ERP mailbox and respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
Manage relationships and communication with executives providing world class service.
Champion candidates throughout recruitment process, evaluating talent and identifying key areas to match skill-sets.
Manage and support the candidate to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.
Perform both Recruiter and Sourcer skills/duties interchangeably and ongoing.
Maintain ongoing pipeline of referrals to share with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Business Partners for specified roles, project and programs..
Track and monitor all executive referral candidate activity .
Participate in strategic projects and programs pertaining to ERP, Diversity and Campus candidates and initiatives.
Establish new diversity sources, develop long-term relationships with channel partners, research potential new vendor relationships, and manage and leverage existing vendor relationships as it relates to diversity and campus.
Participate in diversity and campus events as needed and identify talent for current and future key roles.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws and adhere to the RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
May attend intake sessions and project calls with assigned Recruiter and Hiring Manager to understand the position demand requirements and manager expectations to ensure high quality candidates are sourced in a timely manner OR discuss intake session findings with Recruiter.
Create and execute sourcing strategies for specific recruitment projects supporting Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and internal partners.
Qualify external candidates to determine if candidate should be considered by Recruiter for position.
Assist or lead projects, as necessary, to enhance the RPO program.
Develop strong understanding of various lines of businesses across enterprise for both US and Canada.
Bachelor's Degree desired
Minimum 5 years of work experience in recruitment activities.
Human Resource and/or program management experience
Demonstrated high touch relationship management experience
