What you will be doing?Outbound calls to existing Medicare MembersDirectly respond to questions, resolve concerns and provide guidance on transactions, inquiries and complaints from both internal and external NA clear and effective communication skillsDocument and resolve customer inquiries in accordance with the call scripts and guidelines providedBuild lasting relationships with our customersEducate members about RightSource Mail Order Pharmacy over the telephoneAbility to handle change management Skills to be successful:Strong goal NA least one year of call center experienceAbility to provide customer satisfaction while adhering to policy and proceduresInsurance/retail pharmacy knowledge is a plusCourtesy blended with empathy and understandingAbility to develop customer rapport and overcome objectionsTeamwork orientated, with mentoring skills and a willingness to help othersExcellent communication skills and excellent attention to detailsTolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environmentPersonal attributes that include reliability, professionalism, ability to work independently, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in stressful situationsExcellent verbal and oral communication skills and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquetteStrong/proven customer service skills; ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service/assistanceDependability; ability to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for actions and keep commitmentsVery good computer skillsTyping skills minimally at 25 wpm @ 98% accuracySuccessful back ground check will be required.
