Key Duties include: Administrative support to divisionsMaintenance of client data base recordsMaintenance of electronic and hard copy filing systemsLiaise with managers of income producing propertiesDocumenting and maintaining procedure manualsClerical support to finance departmentMarket research and marketing supportFront office duties The Ideal Candidate You have a passion for excellence and a proven commitment to exemplary client service.
