Small privately owned developer in West Sussex - commercial and residential projects - small senior management team - local work - realistic programmes
Are you a Contracts Manager with experience in either the commercial, industrial or residential new build projects, and do you want to work locally in Sussex and Hampshire? If so, then I want to talk to you.
We are working with a small private developer that work in those new build sectors. They own and manage a portfolio of industrial building and use profits to fund construction. They are cash rich and work direct with a number of well known bluechip clients such as McDonalds, Lidl, Screwfix etc.
As a Contracts Manager with this client you will manage about 3 live projects with Site Managers on each. You will be given a master build programme, but be expected to update in conjunction with the Site Managers and Production Director. You will be the first port of call for issues on site and be effective at problem solving.
In return you get to work with an incredibly successful and secure developer, who is cash rich, with a decent land bank and in a good position to ride out any downturn in the industry.
