Working for a premium residential developer specialising in high end apartment blocks and housing site. Randstad CPE are recruiting for gas safe/ registered Plumbers to start work immediately on a construction project in Knightsbridge, London - Close to main line Victoria station and underground.|
A traditional build 500+ unit site comprising of houses and apartments for private sale with elements of housing association across the various phases.
Your new role:
As a Plumber working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in Knightsbridge and your role will involve:
* Installation of water and heating appliances
* Previous in a similar role.
* CSCS Card ideally with the relevant job role
* Gas Safe
* 110v & 240v tools
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Focused on progress.
