I'm a long term partner of a market leading Cheltenham based IT Services organisation who will pay for you to get certified then pay you when you pass! Due to HUGE expansion plans they are looking for the best IT Support Engineers & Infrastructure Engineers to help them drive the company forward.

On offer for the Junior IT Support position is a salary up to £21,000 + laptop, phone, bonus schemes, generous pension, private health cover and life assurance.

The role will involve supporting a large user base in a Windows environment working with the following technologies:

* Windows O/S XP, 7, 8
* Windows Server 2003, 2008 / Server deployment
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Virtualisation (Vmware ESXi / HyperV / Citrix)
* Backups
* Hardware and peripherals
