Our client is a top 50, well-established, highly regarded Main Contractor based in the Norfolk area. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their East Anglian division to work on projects ranging in value up to £15 million throughout the region. They have a proven track record of delivering varied and challenging projects on time and within budget. |
Our client has an enviable order book operating across a range of construction projects in new build, extension and refurbishment works across a range of sectors that include Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Mixed Use/ Residential schemes, in the main under D&B JCT contracts.
They are actively searching for a Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in Construction/ New Build to join them to work from their offices in Norwich. They are expanding now after a recent period of consolidation and provide a strong career path in a positive and employee based environment. The client is looking for a candidate that has a stable work history to work on multiple new exciting projects across the division and in this role you will either be managing day to day your own smaller sized project or working as part of a team on a larger sized project. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, high motivation and a very keen eye for detail.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
* 4+ years experience in Quantity Surveying roles
* Strong track record on a range of project sectors/ types
* Experience of day to day QS management of their own site
* Management of sub-contractors including procurement & monitoring
* Ideally Degree qualified, Professional Membership advantageous; RICS/ CIOB
