My client is currently working on one of the largest infrasturcture projects in the UK. They are currently looking for a Reviewpoint Delivery Manager to assist the RP Programme Manager in leading the planning and delivery to meet the requirements of the Review Point Strategic Plan.

This role sits within the Programme and Strategy Directorate (PSD) which forms a key part of the overall strategy for the Programme. PSD is responsible for overseeing, integrating and controlling the overall programme, ensuring successful delivery to time, budget and scope. It enables and assures effective programme delivery across the project through the provision of end to end framework services including methodology, lifecycle, tools and processes. The post holder will be part of the PSD Strategy Team responsible for the Delivery Strategy and the delivery of a successful review point programme.

Lead the development and coordination of resources to monitor and demonstrate how, as a new company, they are developing and maturing ready to build and operate the project. Working with senior stakeholders both within the company and across the programme and other government bodies, lead the planning and delivery to meet the requirements of the Review Point Strategic Plan.

As an active member of the RP Delivery Team ensure the success of the Review Point Programme meeting the internal and external reporting timelines for the area of work. Work closely with project managers and others to deliver the review point programme in accordance with the Project Management Framework.
Correlate outputs from project teams to ensure consistency of output and objectiveness against Client Requirements, refocusing resources to maintain time cost and quality.
Collaborate with project delivery, technical, procurement, financial and procurement teams and external stakeholders to integrate all appropriate information to deliver a successful review to a challenging programme.
Capture, implement and share best practice across the business to drive continuous improvements to the ongoing reviews.
Support the Head of Strategy in review point development and assurance, and other ad hoc business requirements.
Capture, implement and share best practice across the business to drive continuous improvements specifically in strategy development.
Prepare briefs and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

A strong track record of successful delivery in a maturing environment against challenging timescales and developing requirements.
Strong computer skills with experience of excel pivot tables, schedule tables and preparation of persuasive presentational material.
Ability to draft under pressure to challenging deadlines producing persuasive and well constructed briefings and reports.

A quality first degree and preferably Chartered or Masters Degree level with demonstrable experience of operating at senior level within construction, infrastructure or other similarly complex businesses.

Experience of operating within a disciplined gated review process such as MPA or OGC Gateway Process.
Experience of working on complex programmes within a matrix organisation with private and public experience desirable

Strong communication skills to effectively engage, promote and influence across a range of internal and stakeholders at all levels
