We are seeking a fully committed 1st/2nd line Technical Support Technician to join our existing friendly, passionate team.
Identifying and solving internal technical faults
Escalation point of contact for customers.
2nd line remote support for technical queries and issues.
Provide support to customers via telephone and email.
Diagnose customers' problems with their broadband faults.
Router set up and configuration, and general email and internet issues
Answer customer queries and keep them up to date at all times
Logging, resolving and closing tickets
Monitoring of the service network and then report and track faults through our wholesale supplier's portals such as BT Openreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working in a customer support / help desk role within telecommunications services.
Troubleshooting and problem solving of the service network infrastructure.
Experience with setting up broadband routers, WI-FI devices and resolving intermittent and slow speed issues.
Knowledge of Telecommunications, ISP, Broadband and IP technologies and IT.
