We are currently recruiting for a globally recognised IT Support Company for positive and motivated Customer Service Agents to join their Help-desk supporting their key clients.

We are looking for applicants with a can-do, customer focused attitude to join the team, as everything we do is about delivering the best service to our users.

The client list is a mix of high-level government contracts and commercial clients, and you would be taking calls from all users within these organisations at all level of seniority.

You will be acting as the first point of contact for all IT queries, but full training for these systems is provided. You must be computer literate and enjoy technology, but no formal qualifications are needed.

What we are looking for are applicants from all backgrounds, but who can demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak to callers of all levels of seniority
- Drive and motivation to provide excellent service even at busy times
- Initiative to work alone and take responsibility for work
- Ability to work in a team
- An interest and passion for IT
- Ability to learn various processes and maintain accuracy at all times
- Ability to work to quality targets

In return you will be working for a large global organisation with plenty of room for progression. Full training will be delivered with on-going support, as well as opportunities for further development.

The site operates on a rota between 7am - 7pm and the standard working week is Mon-Fri 37 hours total.

The company is based in central Crewe, 5 minutes walk from the train station.
