Due to company growth our client is seeking an applicant to join them in this dual function role covering both IT Helpdesk and Admin support.

Your duties will include:
Provide IT helpdesk support to internal staff.
Resolve technical issues.
Ensure all personal computers printers and networks are always available for use.
Installing and configuring computer systems.
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Escalate unresolved queries to next level of support.
Support and maintain the company's mobile phones.
Product activity reports and log employee queries.
Order IT equipment.
Process daily customer requirements.
Help plan and monitor production requirements.
Circulate customer requirements to the relevant department heads.
Produce monthly statistics of orders and performance.

You will need:
Extensive knowledge of MS office including MS Office 365, advanced Excel, knowledge of networking, Windows server operating system and MS Exchange.
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
Logical with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and able to work under your own initiative.
Strong customer and communication skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Based in New Milton, working Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., with salary of c£20k, 24 days holiday and Bank Holidays, free parking and company pension plus bonus scheme after first year
